Christmas Shopping

December 13, 2008

Yes children we have actually shopped for Christmas! Don’t bother looking, we are hiding the loot well.

I am not a shopper, for the most part I like to go in to a store, know exactly what I am after and get out as quickly as possible. I’m just not one of those women who love to browse, window shop or spend all day picking out the perfect gift. That does not mean I don’t want to get the perfect gift for someone, I just don’t want to spend a lot of time finding it. Thanks to the internet life is a lot easier. I know what electronics to buy and where. I (or let’s be more specific – Mark) can find out where the best deals are and we don’t spend hours upon hours looking. I hate crowds and will do most anything to avoid them. It has become a little easier for me to tolerate crowds, but I still would prefer to avoid them. On occassion I have wished I was more like those people who like to walk around with packages and go into every store. I just don’t think I will ever be that person.

I have only one more stop to finish up my Christmas shopping! I spent only an hour shopping last night and only about an hour and  a half today and I’m done for the most part.

There will be no Christmas Eve rush to get it all done!
